Warranty Info

Jolly Roger Electrical Services LLC provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty with some services.  This warranty is non transferable.  If the home changes ownership, the warranty will be exchanged for a warranty of 5 years starting from the time of installation.

The warranty info for your service will be provided to you at the time of service.  Jolly Roger Electrical strives to make your experience headache free. 

All warranty repairs must be performed by Jolly Roger Electrical Services LLC.  Any repairs, service, or installations done by other service personnel may void this warranty.   This is solely left to the discretion of Jolly Roger Electrical Services LLC.

Warranties cover labor and materials specific to the service as written on the invoice.  Warranties only cover reasonable use of items installed.  Normal wear and tear is not covered.  An example of normal wear and tear would be scratches on an outlet or switch, or rust formation on the exterior of a panel in a damp basement.  Examples of unreasonable use would be kicking the outlet into the wall.

Warranties do not guarantee a time of service.  Warranty service is normally done within 1 week of the request.   Jolly Roger Electrical Services LLC reserves the right to void any warranty.  Though we typically don't,  we have to put this line in here.  

Warranty services include parts and labor as per the original invoice.  Additional labor and materials required due to unforseen circumstances may be chargeable. 

All work completed by Jolly Roger Electrical Services LLC has a minimum 1 year warranty unless otherwise noted on the contract.
