We are a husband and wife team local to Hamilton NJ. We both take great pride in Jolly Roger Electrical as we built it from the ground up together. It has been an amazing experience and we look forward to watching it grow.
So what is the difference?
Every job we do is sold and completed by the owners of the company.
From start to finish we want you to see how much respect we have for you, your home, and your time.
We know how it feels to hire contractors that don't provide you with a good experience. While we do a lot, we do still hire contractors occasionally . We have personally experienced the disappointment of a company not showing up when scheduled, or not even answering the phone.
We don't want to be that. We make sure to respond to every customer who contacts us. We wear shoe covers in every home. We use drop cloths, vacuums, and dust covers to do our best to ensure we leave the job site cleaner than when we arrived. We take customer satisfaction seriously.
We try to be a small company with a large company feel.
What can you expect during your free estimate?
You can expect us to call when we are on our way to your home and to show up in the time frame provided when your call was booked.
You can expect a licensed electrician and apprentice to show up to your home in a wrapped van and uniforms.
You can expect us to respect you and your home by wearing shoe covers to protect your investment.
You can expect us to listen to your needs and explain solutions so that you understand what needs to be done and why before the job begins.
You can expect us to provide you with an estimate within a reasonable amount of time, normally same day.
